最近在挑 香港 VPS 的时候，注意到了 RareCloud 提供的 香港 VPS 产品。香港 VPS 一直是很多用户常用的选择，不管是做跨境业务、区域环境，还是流媒体和日常使用，都有一定需求。至于 RareCloud 这款 香港 VPS 在实际使用中表现怎么样、线路和稳定性是否符合预期，这次就打算做一次完整测试，从网络路线、延迟、速度、性能以及整体体验等方面进行整理，给正在考虑 香港 VPS 的朋友提供一个更直观的参考。
一、基本信息
这台香港 VPS 使用的是 AMD EPYC 9254 处理器，分配 1 核，主频接近 2.9GHz，KVM 架构，AES-NI 和虚拟化加速都已开启。CPU 规格看着还行。硬盘 I/O 平均在 200MB/s 左右，属于中规中矩的水平，带宽条件比较好，理论最高峰值能跑到 5Gbps，在大流量场景下更有发挥空间。
二、IP质量检测
IP 情况相对复杂一些。IPv4 和 IPv6 都是广播 IP，注册地在罗马尼亚，使用地显示为香港和欧洲。IPv4 在部分平台上被判定为高风险，IPv6 整体是低风险，但也有一个被标记为可疑 IP。IP 属性基本都是机房或商业属性，IPv4 可以用 25 端口，IPv6 不可用。在 iP2Location 中统一识别为 Data Center / Web Hosting / Transit，这类 IP 更偏向机房用途，不是家宽类型。

三、流媒体测试
流媒体解锁表现还算稳定。常见的国际平台比如 Netflix、Disney+、YouTube、Amazon、Apple、iQiyi 都能正常使用，香港本地平台也可以解锁，包括 Viu、MyTVSuper、HBO、SonyLiv、Bilibili、Bahamut 等。体育类平台支持 Dazn、NBA、Optus、Eurosport。AI 平台方面，Bing 和 ChatGPT（仅限 APP）可以直接使用。Google Play 显示为罗马尼亚区，Steam 识别为港区，Instagram 的版权音乐在 APP 端可用。

四、网络测试
网络延迟方面，三网差异比较明显。整体国内平均在 213ms 左右，电信和联通延迟偏高，分别在 327ms 和 245ms；移动表现最好，平均只有 71ms。港澳台延迟很低，大约 12ms，符合香港机房的正常情况。从延迟来看，更偏向对移动用户友好。

五、路由测试
路由比较绕。去程方面，电信和联通基本都会绕美国，电信走 163 + Level3，联通走 AS4837 + NTT；移动直连，走 CMI + Level3。回程同样存在明显分流，电信和联通大多绕美，经 Lumen、PCCW、Level3、Verizon 等线路回国，而移动回程基本是香港直连大陆，走 Lumen + CMI。教育网回程也比较干净，从香港通过 PCCW 直连回国。

电信去程：大陆段先走电信 163 骨干网，从出口中转到美国并接入中国电信国际线路，短暂停留后再切入 Level3，随后直连香港，最终到达机房。
